Position Title: Field Marketing Executive (AU, NZ, Americas)
Location: Melbourne, Australia
Reports to: Marketing Director
Primary Responsibilities:
- Market insight and planning:help global marketing director to research local market develop local market planning and annual budgets
- Channel Promotion: to support distributors to carry out local promotion and continuously improve the stickiness through different marketing support policy combinations
- Brand Promotion: organize and carry out various activities (online and offline), develop local associations and media relations to create local brand awareness
- Product Promotion:carry out all kinds of training, produce all kinds of product marketing materials, to promote the sales of products.
Primary Objectives:
- Build, influence and execute field marketing plans with an effective mix of marketing programs in support of business priorities across digital, events, strategic alliances, demand generation campaigns, and brand awareness
- Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including corporate, regional, and local programs to drive engagement
- Own and deeply understand assigned pipeline/revenue targets and be accountable for marketing’s role in reaching those goals.
- Deploy a mix of targeted events to acquire new leads, create and accelerate pipeline and retain customers.
- Make recommendations on how to apply paid media strategy to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Work closely with the Global Marketing Director to forecast, measure, analyze and report on impact of field marketing programs focusing on the following success metrics: inquiry/response rate, conversion metrics, and database growth/health and pipeline acceleration impact.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related area
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a corporate or agency environment with involvement in developing and executing marketing strategies with quantifiable KPIs. Experience in a B2B environment is an asset.
- A demonstrable understanding of marketing best practices and a proven track record of driving results.
- Demonstrated success in managing relationships with senior management on the development of marketing strategies that impact sales and prospecting opportunities.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle competing demands, priorities, and resources.
- Thorough proofreading and copywriting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and keen focus on quality.
