General Description

Clenergy is seeking a motivated and solution driven individual to act as a point of contact with existing customers, retain relationships focused on client satisfaction, operation efficiencies and business growth.

Ultimately, you will contribute to retaining profitable, long-term relationships with our clients to reach our business objectives. Position is work from home basis.

 

Job Title: Product Engineer – AI & Digital Solutions

Reports to: AU Technical Director

Location: Melbourne,VIC, Australia

 

Core Skills & Competencies:

  • AI Integration & Digital Transformation Awareness
  • Advanced Excel for data analysis, project coordination, planning, and reporting
  • Logical problem-solving & critical thinking
  • Strong capability to deliver product support & engineering principles

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support

  • Provide post-sales technical support and improve support tools for better information access.
  • Track and document all activities using iCare and internal portals.
  • Respond to product-related inquiries via support platforms (email, phones, portal)
  • Review, revise, and update technical documentation such as certifications, installation guides, and datasheets.

AI & Digital Transformation Implementation:

  • Spearhead AI-driven initiatives to optimize tech support and improve efficiency.
  • Implement AI-based automation for common inquiries through chatbot integration.
  • Collect and structure Q&A data from technical emails, calls, and internal/external sources to enhance AI learning.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing for AI chat support, identifying issues, gathering feedback, and refining performance.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to streamline AI-enhanced support processes.

Digital Asset & Process Management:

  • Gather internal and external feedback for digital tools and coordinate improvements with relevant teams.
  • Stress test digital assets, tools and IT platform features and provide feedback for enhancements.
  • Organize and streamline digital assets in the DMS, create AI integrated library, implement machine learning and information sourcing

Requirements

  • Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Min 2 years in the solar or related industry, with experience in AI integration or digital transformation preferred
  • Experienced with PV Mounting Solutions in Australia
  • Highly motivated with a strong knack of identifying improvements & opportunities
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
