Job Title: Solution Engineer

Reports to: EM Regional Manager in the International Sales Department

Location: Philippines

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for providing the overall design, proposals and technical supports for Clenergy’s PV projects.
• Able to present Clenergy’s technical product solutions and technical proposals to Clients in a professional manner
• Responsible for the technical support and supervision for on-site inspection, construction, assist to ensure the quality of project construction
• Able to provide full technical directions and support for each phase of the development, design, and systems integration of Clenergy’s PV projects.
• Complete the process in the Clenergy platform for submitting projects for design and quotation, checking and coordinating with respective group to fully complete proposal on time. This also include checking of design to ensure client requirement is met.
• Conduct regular meeting with client to ensure full support on everything they need about Clenergy’s products
• Monitor and follow up delivery of Clenergy products to ensure timeline of client is met.
• Collect industry information, competition information, market demand information, and competitive market price information on a regular basis, and cooperate with the completion of market research reports to provide information support for company decision-making and new product development;
• Assist customer service team in resolving customers’ complaints.
• Accept other work assigned by the company.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in structure, civil engineering, machinery, engineering mechanics, architecture, etc;
• Over 3 years of experience in mechanical and steel structure design, skilled in mechanical analysis of building structure bearing, structural design and wind and compression resistance; has certain Solar PV system design or technical support experiences is preferred.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, pro-E and other drawing software, PKPM, SAP2000, Analysis and other structural analysis software, MS-Office suite, web meeting and presentation tools.;
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements in the solar industry.
• Comfortable working in a multinational environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must, has certain negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel domestic and international.
