Fijian School Children Benefit From Solar System Contributed by Clenergy
Clenergy, the innovative solar solution provider, recently helps to lighten more school buildings in remote Fiji with its PV-ezRack mounting systems. Since 2010, Clenergy has been working with It’s Time Foundation as one of the sponsors to solve local power shortage.
3 major school projects were newly installed in Rabi, Tabiang and Ucunivatu Primary School, totally 11360W. Most were heavily rely on diesel generator before. But now with the solar power, the considerable savings on fuel, kerosene and transport costs will be used to promote computer learning at the school. And specially this time, a small system of 1000W was built on the base for the women’s health project.
Clenergy recently receives several letters of thanks from those children in Fiji, for the contribution to the solar power generation system that kindle their dream. Everything will be worthwhile as long as it really help people in need.
Rob Edwards, founder of It’s Time Foundation, has worked tirelessly to deliver his commitment to this program. It is a great honor to be involved. Fiji is a Pacific islands that is short of electrical supply. With the help of Clenergy and other solar companies that support the It’s Time Foundation, schools in the Pacific Islands are replacing inefficient, expensive, unreliable and polluting diesel generators with clean energy systems.
