    We ensure waterproofing through a dual sealing system: the self-tapping screws equipped with integrated EPDM washers, and the bracket themselves have EPDM pads underneath. This double-layer sealing effectively prevents water ingress.

    How do you do the layout planning/ramming planning?
    Usually, we will request the general layout plan from the client or design institute and divide the wind zone based on this. At present, the ramming planning is not within our service scope, and we only provide requirements for the embedment depth of pile under different soil conditions.

    What if the corrosion class is higher than C3? Do you consider the soil class as well?
    We analyze the geological survey report and calculate the corrosion amount of the pile based on the soil type and electrical resistivity parameters in accordance with ISO standards 9223-12 and 9224-12. At present, our ramming piles are all treated with HDG, with max thick.110um. If the total soil corrosion amount exceeds the total zinc layer and 10% of the base material within 25 years, we consider that the ramming pile scheme is not suitable and recommend concrete foundation for instead.
